Introduction
The company was founded in Guangzhou City in 2000 , we design and manufacture fashion jewelry such as necklaces, earrings, brooches, bangles, anklets, bracelets, rings and key chains, products are distribute to major markets around the world, mainly to North America and Europe. All our output is exported, our goal is to create the most trended fashion jewelry and deliver to our customer.
Costume Jewelry Made of Zinc or Tin Alloy
Our company focuses on the production of costume jewelry made of zinc or tin, inlaid with Cubic Zircon stone, Austrian crystal stone, or other synthetic stones. Prices generally range from $0.85 to $10. Brooches, bracelets and necklaces are the majority of our output. The simpler low-end models are usually made of Zinc alloy, which is much harder but less expensive than Tin alloy. Tin alloy is one of the common materials used in midrange designs. After being polished, tin alloy product is shinier and more lustrous than zinc alloy. High-end designs are made of pure tin, which costs much more than other alloy.
Manufacturing Process
Our company's manufacturing process involves molding, casting, polishing, electroplating, jewelry fixing, enameling, quality checking and packaging. Gold, Rhodium and Silver plating are common plating processes. There is a separate room for jewelry fixing and glazing. Forty workers manually fix the jewelry pieces and eight glazing them. And there are 30 workers attaching labels to the finished products, which are then placed inside poly bags. Some products are welded or joined together by heated adhesive or acetylene. These processes involve a total of about 12 workers.
Quality Control Team
All products are strictly checked before export. To ensure the best quality for our clients, our QC team monitors the entire production procedure, from raw material purchasing to pre-shipment checking. QC is mainly done by using hand and visual tests and the company is developing new ways to cut down the current 2 percent defect rate even lower.
Lead & Nickle Free Products
All material sourcing is strictly controlled in our company to guarantee that all our products are save of lead or any other toxic substances. Materials and semi finished products that have been electroplated are also strictly inspected.
Research and Development Team
Our company has a strong Research and Development team who will focuses on developing samples for buyers and designers on our own products. OEM projects are the other majority in which We can develop products from customer's samples or from custom graphic design with detail specifications and request. The sampling progress can take as little as 3 days to 10 days. In the past year We develop over 200 new styles each month for our customers to choose from.
Sample Availability & Policy
We can offer free samples of our products ,how ever only a seriously inquiry may be considering, all shipping cost and taxes paid by the customers. A security deposit may be apply for each samples in some cases, this deposit will refund in full if sample returned to us on time or there is order confirm to the sample.
